Writing has been both my joy and bread and butter life for as long as I can remember. Nothing makes me happier than sitting at my desk in our home perched above the magnificent Wellington landscape while stories come to life on the page.
Over the years, there have been nearly 30 books and more than 60 TV, film and radio scripts, and still I write.
Welcome to my world of books and news.
Fiona Farrell (centre) and I read at Wairarapa Word in Carterton early this month (Fiona and Fiona).
We travelled by train to Matarawa and had a superb lunch at the home of artist Rhondda Greig (left) before our reading.
Our bookseller was Almo’s Books at Carterton, the moderator of the event was the poet-photographer Madeleine Slavick,
and the sponsor Carterton District Creative Communities.
